HELP with old photo please!!

I'm looking for someone to help me with a poor photo taken of ME!

Story is it's the very 1st pic ever taken of me in 1965 and there are no others of me at this age.
The photo was poorly taken probably with a cheap camera at the time.
Plus I'm sure the photo colors are going bad.

If this isn't saved soon it probably never will be.

I would like someone more talented than me with photoshop see what they can do with it.
I'm only decent at basic editing.....this needs a PRO! :help

    Here you go. The photo of you is quite blurry. Not much I can do about that. The fading and lack of contrast can be corrected.

    I took the great job that Mitchell had done and ran it through Topaz Denoise filters and also in Photoshop placed an "Overlay" blend mode on it and ran it through a high pass filter to see if that would sharpen it to some extent. Looks like a team effort developing here!
