Great shot, Phil. The shiny chrome is a perfect counter-point to the beautifully rendered rust. First-rate production here, buddy.thumb.gif

    Take care,

Phil, Nicely done and I agree with Tom. The resultant colors compliment each other in a comfortable sort of way. Altered but not "outlandish" in a manner of speaking. thumb.gif

    Phil...

Those of us RUST JUNKIES, who have an inclination to do so, will find a ready market for their rust work. I have a number of friends who are gallery owners/operators here in Jacksonville. Several of them show consistent interest in promoting my rust images. Understand, now, that these are galleries that are quite comfortable in featuring works that are different from the mass of stuff out there. They love the colors and textures that can be coaxed from rust. More than anything else, they want new and exciting art to display. Apparently, it's the younger crowd of folks ( the ones doing most of the buying these days ) that are most attracted to our genre of interpretive art.

Good luck. Let us know how this plays out for you.
