custom search results page

Title already states my question.

lets say you are here.

http://www.georgespyros.com/Races/Nafplio2015

and you type in the search box "2207"

you get these results

http://www.georgespyros.com/search/?n=georgespyros&scope=node&scopeValue=cx8vHF&c=photos&q=2207

The question is,

Is it possible to customize the page that displayes the results of the search page, but only for this ...scope value (searches that are for this area of the site? and not other search results in other parts of the site)
For example, 15 photos found, followed by a message or logo i display (lets say BUY THEM ALL NOW! CONTACT ME!)
