Went back to St. George again this past weekend and instead of repeating Zion I drove north to the Kolob Canyons area and Kannaraville. There is just so much potential all around this area it is reedonkulous.

A really nice set thumb.gifthumb. Can't wait to get down that way again.

Southern Utah and Northern Arizona is a must do for landscape photographers.

I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going anyway.

Awesome location and compositions. If I had to nit, I'd say teh waterfall seems a bit hot near the top on that first one. Also, maybe a bit heavy on the vibrance on those first few, judging by the amount of blue in the water. 3,4 & 5 are my favorites here, but really a great set all the way around. thumb.gif

    #2 is awesome!
    #3 is good too!
Others, I am getting too much sharpness and brightness....creating sensation of being over processed/unnatural.
    JMO.
    Cheers!

Thanks for the comments. I basically ran up the trail/river to get to this spot before the sun went away but alas I didn't quite get the light I hoped for. So I bumped the colors a bit in hopes of making them pop. Might take a look at toning it down a bit.

Yes, the last image was a random selection, the road caught my eye as I was driving back.

This is just north near the town of Kannaraville. You self-pay $10 and can hike in. Probably about 10 minute drive or so from the entrance of Kolob Canyon.
