When ever I shoot in manual mode my picture come out grainy and have a green tint to them. What am I doing wrong? I use a Nikon.

We really need some more information to try to diagnose the problem.
Which Nikon Camera?
What Color Balance setting?
What ISO?
Which lens, aperture setting, shutter speed, and flash are used?
Can you post an example?
