Accent colour not showing in gallery links

Hi all,
I've been making modifications to my website. Specifically, I made my homepage independent in design. For that I had to tweak the website-wide style as well a little bit.
All worked fine aside from the fact that I noticed that my galleries stopped accenting links. They were of the same colour as normal text. Things are fine in pages. Just galleries have problems.
My text colour is set to #b7bac4, accent set to #72d4d4. For example, here's a page with accent colours working correctly. And here's a gallery where the gallery title link to the blog post has normal text colour instead of accented.
The example might be confusing because I used Aaron Meyers tweaks to conceal the glitch (the gallery description and image titles link colours are modified with CSS).
What I tried for fixing so far:
1) Content and design - Themes - All Galleries (my galleries are not custom aside from one which still has the glitch) - Theme settings (spanner icon) - Basic - Text and Accent colour, reapplied them, modified them - only works on pages, galleries ignore the accent colour totally.
2) Same actions for whole website, separate pages, all galleries, all pages etc
3) Tried playing with CSS (described above) - can make the links in image descriptions change colours (currently orange) and I could have been happy with it, yet this tweak only works in Smugmug style galleries. It doesn't work in collage etc.
The glitch appeared before I've done anything with CSS!!
Anything that I fail to understand?

You have this CSS in your THEME:
http://take.ms/VhFmZ
This is causing your links to appear orange. You will need to either remove this line of text or you just need to replace the colour to #72d4d4
