This is well know shot of Parliament at night, photographed thousand of times. But never before except in my shot at that moment has there been such a light seen.
What is it?
If you get it, a new Porsche 911 awaits you (a toy Porsche 911)
So..... What is that light?
THE ANSWER: THE STRANGE LIGHT IS IN REALITY A FOLD IN THE NEGATIVE. I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS THERE UNTIL I SAW THE PHOTO AND LOOKED. I LIKED IT SO I KEPT IT.

You've got it!
(No, that's not what the light is, but I like the societal comment!)
I never use Photoshop and did nothing of any post-processing that I recall, and I would recall creating the light after the shot was developed.
Now that's a hint, it's film photography. So the question would be, what can film photography more easily pick up - or perhaps only pick up - that makes what you are seeing very visible as opposed maybe - to just a hint of in other types of photography.
Now THAT would be a funny explanation.
Unfortunately it isn't it.
I'll give a day more and then post the answer - say Saturday I'll post the answer. C'mom, it's staring you in the face, what makes you think it isn't real!
