How to add a New Field on the Contact Form?

Okay .. so I searched the forum first ... to see if this question has been posed and answered but couldn't find anything.

I keep getting email inquiries from people not signing with their names ... so, I always have end up having to respond with "Hi there .... " .

Is there any way I can add a Your Name field (and omg, Your Phone Number field!) to the contact form?

Please, somebody say yes.

I'm not aware of any way to add fields to the contact form.

If the smugmug contact form doesn't meet your needs you might consider using a Wufoo form. See help page at http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1259577-how-do-i-add-a-wufoo-form-to-my-site-.

I'd quite like there to be more customisation of the contact form but sadly at the moment Denise's way is the only way as far as I know!

Sadly Wufoo is the only option. Hopefully one day we get the ability to use Jotform as well!
