Answer to the question: What is strange light in photo of london?

This was the photo and the light I described as never seen except when I took this shot:




THE ANSWER: THE STRANGE LIGHT IS IN REALITY A FOLD IN THE NEGATIVE. I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS THERE UNTIL I SAW THE PHOTO AND LOOKED. I LIKED IT SO I KEPT IT.

That's what I thought when I first saw it - but no, just a fold in the negative. Still, looks neat.

Looks cool, was going to say it looks like a fold but then thought that doesn't make much sense, forget people are still using film!

You're the only one who came close - and in the Thread I first posted the question on as to what this was, I included info it was a film shot. If you'd seen that you would have guessed it correctly! Congrats!
