I hope i never have to use this fire escape. It just seems a little too long for me
(this is shot with a 10.5mm fish-eye lens; post-processed a little to bring out the gritty colors: enhance color (using LAB) & increase local contrast and deliberately overdoing it a little).
(Location: Public Ally 443, between Boylston Str and NewBury Str. in Boston)

I can't grasp the notion of time.
When I hear the earth will melt into the sun,
in two billion years,
all I can think is:
"Will that be on a Monday?"
