Prints got botched

I have a problem with some prints. My order number was 5143731.

I ordered 2 sheets of wallets of this file.... (Browse - Seniors - Taylor Proofs - file 0065)





Her feet were cut off on the bottom two frames of both sheets. Also, the left/right margin of brick surrounding the window was off center. there should be some brick showing on either side of the window.



I need to fix this. Who do I contact?
