smartgalleries don't show movies?

I am unable to get my movies to show up in a smart gallery. Is it true that smart galleries will not show movies?

    I have a smart gallery set up with 502 videos. I use a keyword on each video to draw from.

    oh, thank you for the idea. i was using Date Uploaded, and it was not grabbing any.
    I added keywords and that does work.
    THANKS.

    Also, is there a way to grab movies by date, like we can do with photos? Then i don't have to add keywords to make a smart gallery.

    Are you sure that you weren't using "date taken" ? That's not something available on videos. However, "date uploaded" should work fine as far as I know. If you're having an issue with the "date uploaded" smart rule, could you include a link to your gallery set up with date uploaded and also include a direct link to a video that you would expect to show up following that rule?
