    Nice images. They are easy to grow and give even brighter colours even than poppies.

    Thanks for the comments Harold and SB :)

    Harold- I've had no luck in the past growing them - think the corms/new shoots get eaten. I isolated these a bit in a planter.

    Brian,

    You must have been really unlucky. The usual suspect is Vine weevil but we find that it prefers other types of flowers in our garden.
