I'm playing around with my site trying to make a new design - one part would be a section on the front page which would show 15-30 images in random order.

I would like to do something like this:

+ When I upload new photos I would in some way mark photos that I want to displayed on the front page
+ Smugmug would display the latest 15-30 of these images in random order

Does anyone understand this explanation????

Anyway, can this be done? If so, how? So far my experiments have failed.

    Hi Jan,

You could add a MULTIPLE PHOTOS content block to your homepage - set the multiple photos content block to show images keyworded with a keyword { for example } FEATURED - see my screenshot:

In the DISPLAY section of the MULTIPLE PHOTOS content block set the pagination to CLICK and specify how many rows of images you would like to display - please see my screenshot:

Last thing you need to do is add this FEATURED keyword to all images that you would like to appear on your homepage. Please be aware that after you have added the keyword to your images it may take some time for SmugMug to index them and to display them on your homepage.

Randomization - unfortunately it is not possible yet.

Thanks, that's enough to get me going.

(random ordering would be nice for this use case)
