Keywords not working

When clicking on a keyword no photos are displayed; only the keyword and associated keywords. Is there a fix

    If you just have added the keywords there is a delay before they are indexed

    Would you be able to send us some links to the photos that aren't having keywords displayed so we can look into this for you?

    I reported this to the help desk yesterday. I was told that smug was aware of the problem and were working on fixing it. I wasn't given a timeframe although I asked for one.

    I was also told of a workaround to change my gallery style to SmugMug style. That isn't a good workaround for me. I like the look of Collage Landscape (which is my default style); changing to smugmug changes the look of the site and that isn't something I am willing to do.

    I'm hoping that there will be a fix soon.

    Hi Denise,
    There shouldn't be a need to switch to SM style. Once the keywords are indexed they will show up regardless of the gallery style.

    Are keywords still not being indexed?

    The keywords used to be indexed.

    These are not new photos - it doesn't matter what keyword you choose from the keyword page - there are no images shown. Go to www.denisegoldberg.com/keyword and choose any keyword. There are no photos. Yet if you go into one of my galleries and go into lightbox you will see keywords under the photo. Clicking on a keyword takes me to a keyword page with words on the top and no keywords.

    This photo was uploaded over a week ago - http://www.denisegoldberg.com/Wandering-near-home/Spring-2015/i-dKQxPdM/A. If I click on any of the keywords I am taken to an essentially blank keyword page - http://www.denisegoldberg.com/keyword/viola%20sororia.

    Here's the response from the help desk with a time stamp of 5/12/2015 05:53AM PDT:
    Thanks for contacting SmugMug.

    This is a bug that was discovered Yesterday. If your default Gallery Style is set to THUMBNAILS - you will not see any results after clicking on a keyword.

    Our engineers are working hard to solve this problem as soon as possible.

    In the meantime - you could change your default gallery style to SmugMug and the keywords results will appear.

    This was working just a few days ago. It is no longer working.

    Selecting a keyword on your site works properly. Based on the answer I received from the help desk yesterday this appears to be because your default gallery style is SmugMug. Mine is Collage Landscape - and clicking on a keyword takes me to a "broken" or empty page.

    Ahh, ok, now that I've read the Support Ticket and talked to QA I see the issue. I assumed the issue was with indexing the keywords but the real issue is within the display (there's an error on our end that's preventing the photos from being displayed). I'm working with Engineering to get this resolved quickly.

    We have a fix thats working its way through test. I'll let you know when it goes live!

    Confirmed. Clicking keywords no joy here too (in new SM). Awaiting the fix.

    Old SM clicking keywords still displays photos.
