Rethink shipping packaging

The use of styrofoam to protect fragile items (e.g., mugs) in shipping is irksome.
It is very difficult to remove (my wife thinks so also). I have a scratch on one mug, perhaps a manufacturing defect, but more likely I did it when I cut the foam off with a knife (was trying to be careful). It also creates a blizzard of little bits all over the place.
Styrofoam is also about the most un-green product imaginable. Made from oil. Lasts for years. No one accepts it for recycling.
I suggest you look into PaperNuts instead. Look at axiompaper.com (note: some of the videos there are restricted due to copyright).
