The tiny flowers of this common garden shrub are very attractive to bumble bees and other nectar-loving insects at this time of the year.

Tad too strong in brightness....flash?
Thanks for the nudge. Until a few days ago, all my processing was on my son's computer, which he sets rather bright, so I allow for that. I must revert to adjusting brightness as required. It was sunlight 1/40 sec at ISO 400, moderate aperture (not recorded).
I'll take anther look.

Thanks, Brian.
It's a shame that they don't flower in December.
