Drop shadow for photo in lightbox

Hi All,

I'm in the midst of converting from old smug to new smug.

In new smug, i would like to implement a drop shadow around the photograph when displayed in the lightbox.

I've found a few pieces of code, but the snippets seem to all round the corners of the photograph as well, which I don't want. Can someone help with a bit of code that produces a drop shadow only. Also, where do I put this. The thread I reviewed indicated it should be in my theme's CSS. Is that correct?

.sm-lightbox .sm-lightbox-image {
    box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px #151515;
    -moz-box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px #151515;
    -webkit-box-shadow: 5px 5px 5px #151515;
    }
