Navigation Bar Text Box

I'd like to add a simple text box to the navigation bar. I'm using a modified Turbo theme.

I'd like to add some simple text between the link navigation and the social icons. There doesn't seem to be a standard way of dropping a text box there. I'm I missing something?

Hi -
You can add a content block "text" by simply accessing customize - 'content and design'.
Next, in the upper right click on "Enter Site".
Add Content Block "Text" by selecting the Content Block Text and dragging and dropping the content box into the header area between your navigation and social icons.
