Nettle-Climbing Carabid

Some carabid ground beetles climb vegetation. This one was resting across the leaf bases of a stinging nettle in the woods at a local nature reserve. Eventually, it hung head downwards and dropped vertically before I could get a further shot.

I seem to have been fairly lucky, with reflections remaining fairly restrained under twin flash lighting.
