Had a chance to make a day-trip into Yosemite this past weekend. These images were taken from both Washburn Point & Glacier Point at about 11am. Not my favorite time of day, but had some fun with the longer lens. C&C always welcome - Len

Its few hundred quota everyday....and you have to win the lottery to get the pass. I have done it couple of times.....

Sharpness is awesome.....but I was complimenting you on putting emphasis on details......as I have not seen it presented like that before!

    Kind regards....

These are very good. I'd like to see what you could do with more interesting light, though. I hope you make it back there before long.

I've been to Yosemite so many times when the weather/light would not cooperate.... even though it was midday this time at least there were some interesting cloud shadows. Thanks for the kind words.

Thanks rhituraj & Dan - #1 was taken with 100-400 Canon f4L, zoomed to 400mm. I usually don't go to 400 with this lens as it is not at it's sharpest, but this seemed to work.
