Can't download gallery with virtual copies

I have tried to download two galleries. The first one, where all pictures were placed directly inside, went fine. But the other gallery contained only virtual copies, and a dialog box saying "Your download is being created" was showing forever. I never got any email with a download link. I have tried several times, with no result. Isn't it possible to download galleries with virtual copies?

    I'm suspecting that all virtual photos carry the settings of their original gallery.

    I activated the new visitor download just long enough to make a try, and that worked!
    Problem solved :-)
