Quick Settings bulk changes

I have a new quick settings that I adore.... but to realize I have to go back through every single gallery is painful. If I could bulk apply it - even by folder, it would be a LOT better.

Guess I'm stuck according to the hero I just chatted with :huh

Are you asking about making bulk changes to existing galleries? If yes, that is available in the Organizer if you are on new smugmug. You will still need to apply the changes a folder at a time but assuming that you have multiple galleries in a folder it's a reasonable solution.
