Document my Hierachy and Permissions

We share a smugmug site in the household, which I am not sure is a good idea! The Settings on visibility is all over the place within the household, as is the naming convention etc.

Is there a tool that will document all my folders and galleries, and show the settings(visibility)?

and yes....I am tempted to cut the others off my account.

Hi,

There is not one place on the site to view the visibility that has been set on galleries and folders throughout the whole site. If you want to update those settings though, to have them be more uniform, you can use our bulk settings tool to make changes to many galleries at once.

Those galleries will have to be at the same folder level but it can save some time if you are looking to reduce confusion on which galleries are set to what setting
