Just bought a new IPS Panel (monitor) today so hopefully my editing will look better on both yours and my own computer!
First shots tonight, using the ringflash with my 2 layers of diffusion @ ISO250, 1/100sec, f/11, with the Venus 60mm lens on the slug decimating one of our few strawberries, then added a 1.4x teleconverter and a 12mm extension tube to get the hover.
Paul.

Looking good. There is an intriguing pale cross on the eye of the hover.
The slug is one of the Arion ater complex, separable only by dissection.
