Hey, I keep getting a "we're sorry but you don't appear to be logged in to that account. please login and try again." error message when I'm attempting to upload.

I've done these things:
1. Created a new gallery with slightly different settings. No joy.
2. Cleared my cache and cookies on my browser: Chrome on my MBP 2014 running OSX Yosemite. No joy.
3. logged out, then back in. No joy.
4. Deleted previous galleries to create a new one. No joy.

I've read other threads and tried those but still, no joy.

Anyone else having this?

    Do you happen to have "auto fill" set for your browser? If so, as a test try turning that off and see if that makes a difference with your site functions.

    I had the same issues a few days ago.
    I think you have logout first, then clear all cookies related to smugmug, close the browser, restart the browser and login to your account. Then try upload again.

    I have the same problem. I have:
    * cleared cookies and forms/ form history (when logged out)
    * turned off auto-fill
    * closed Firefox, restarted computer
    * logged back into my account
    ... still can't upload a photo into a gallery.

    I can create a gallery ... just can't populate it with photos on this laptop.

    Any help would be much appreciated

    UPDATE: just tried it using Chrome ... and works fine.

    Can you check your browser cookie settings? Make sure that your browser is set to accept all cookies, including third party cookies. If your browser (or any extension) is set to block third party cookies and you're using a custom domain, the uploader may be unable to work properly.
