Shipping question: What shipping company is used?

I ordered a couple of prints and yesterday i got an e-mail from smugmug that my order was shipped. A tracking number was provided. But no name of a shipping company or some link....(????)

How can i track it when i don't know which company handles the shipping? I tried UPS, FedEx and filled in the tracking number, but the tracking number was unknown in both cases: 9101132138798301267819

Please, can smugmug send out confirmation e-mails with at least the name of the company that does the shipping so that customers don't have to guess when trying to track their order? A clickable link would be even better.
I can't grasp the notion of time.

When I hear the earth will melt into the sun,
in two billion years,
all I can think is:
"Will that be on a Monday?"

It's something we're working on, thanks for posting, Anton. You can google that number btw..

It's a USPS number, and you'll have ability to track it probably by tonight.

    Delivery Methods:

    • Economy – delivery by the US Postal Service First Class Mail, delivery time of between 2-14 days, and is NOT trackable.
    • Express – delivery by the US Postal Service Priority Mail and sometimes, Fedex Ground, delivery time of between 2-4 days.
    • 2nd Business Day and Next Business Day – delivery by FedEx, unless delivery address is a PO Box or APO address.

    Thanks Andy!
Kewl that Google recognizes those numbers :)

However, the tracking number is unknown by USPS... how long does it take before it shows up? (i had issues with USPS tracking before; the tracking number was known only AFTER the delivery was made... not very useful)
