What are you planning on shooting ?
If it's live subjects you would be best off using flash. If dead or stationary objects then I think LED lights would be fine

In the studio you can have the camera completely mechanically independent of the flash units. That gives great flexibility for shooting and and tracking moving subjects. Ii can also give flexibility of type and positioning of reflectors/diffusers.
