I'm having some issues downloading some files. Is it down this morning?

I'm not having any problems accessing my site and downloading files but I checked the status at http://status.smugmug.com/ and it currently says they are working to resolve an "images loading slowly" problem.

Note that the status changed to "all systems operational" just a short time after I initially posted this reply.

Investigating - We’re moving SmugMug into temporary read-only mode so we can safely troubleshoot an issue. Sorry for the hassle! We’ll be back ASAP.

If the status website says that SmugMug is in read-only mode you will not be able to login. Just wait a bit and try again, watching the status site to see when it is available again.
