Second Site

If I wanted to create another site, just to change the look once in a while, same domain, how would I do that? I know its been referred to before but I want to be sure I won't mess up the work I've done already.

Connie, It would not be possible to use the same custom domain unless you are planning to completely swap out the sites. A domain can only be pointed at a single SmugMug site at a time.

When you say that you want to "change the look". What exactly would you want to change? The page design and theme? All of the photos as well? That might help us get a better idea of what can be done.

Hi thanks for the response. Yes I understand one domain at a time but to have a second site with all the same material, pics etc but just to change the look once in a while. It might not be possible but just seems like I've heard that said before. I could be wrong!

hi - here is couple examples of different site designs on the same SmugMug site. The photographer is marketing to different clientele.

http://www.vanessak.com (2 different themes - one for portraits and one for aerial - same SmugMug site)
http://www.jakigoodmiller.com (4 different themes - portraits, seniors, weddings, art - same SmugMug site)
