All my pictures are gone

When I woke up this morning, nearly all pictures on my website were gone. A poor consolation is that this also seems to apply to all other SmugMug users, at least a few I checked. I hope this is fixed very soon!

I am very sorry for the trouble. There is a problem currently with one of our service providers that is causing issues with photos loading all across SmugMug. Our engineers are on the case and will provide updates as we have them.

The photo loading issue has been resolved. There is an ongoing issue with photo upload processing. Uploads are queued and should process once the backlog has cleared.

I found the same issue last week, no pictures were loading. Luckily it was resolved the next day.

    Still having problem loading images
Well as Aug. 16th, my guests to my smugmug site still cannot view photos. When I logging as Admin, I have no issue viewing photos and videos but my guests who use password see nothing in gallery after entering password.

Please fix this issue ASAP! This is really unacceptable for a photo site that charge for service and have this type of technical issue!

I had the same problem yesterday. Working with SM hero Ana, I was able to trace the source to a problem with the Flashblock add-on in Firefox 40.0.2 (Windows). I just checked and the problem still exists with Flashblock enabled. Disabling it restores pic loading. Not sure what Flashblock has to do with my SM galleries (there are no videos), but I suppose it's screwing up something in the latest FF release. Ask your customers what browser they are using--there was no problem in Chrome or Safari.

    FYI.

    Hi Bu11dog,

Sorry to hear about the photo loading problem on your site. Can you email the support heroes at the help desk? The issue related to the original post was resolved days ago, so your photo viewing problem is likely unrelated. We are happy to help, just shoot us an email thumb.gif.

Thank you Richard and Zack for replying.

I am going to contact customer support and open a new issue ticket.

    Thanks.
