Hoverflies feeding on potentilla

My large yellow flowered potentilla shrub is popular with a wide variety of insects especially hoverflies.

Lovely series Brian. Interestingly, they've not been as interested in our potentilla this year. That said, September often yields a few more opportunities up North. Here's hoping.
