Reusable text links?

I want to create five pages, each of which has the same text links at the top. It isn't a big deal to do each separately, but is there a way to create it once and reference it on each page. Something like a user defined content block? This would facilitate future changes if it only had to be changed in one place.

This has already been discussed and there is no way to dup boxes other then copy/paste.
