Holy Macro
This stink bug (Pentatoma rufipes) offered an opportunity for a few portraits, so I willingly obliged him!

Paul,
Lovely job!
aka Red-legged Shield-bug, the dark form, without red legs. I have seen a couple recently. A great subject for a picture.
At first glance, I thought that bud was a moss capsule!
