Verifying my website

Both Google Analytics and Bing have messages that I need to "Verify my website". I have not been able to figure out Google yet, because I can't get through to GoDaddy, but Bing has the following page come up when I try to verify my site:
https://www.bing.com/webmaster/configure/verify/ownership?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jeanachang.com%2F
When I go to that page, there are three options, and it doesn't look like I can do any one of them. Is there something else I need to do to verify my website?
All these verification requests have come immediately AFTER I published my site to the new SmugMug from the Legacy towards the end of August.

You can verify your site with Google following the instructions from the "Google webmaster tools" section here.

The bing link you included doesn't work for me. Could you perhaps attach a screenshot of the available options? Here's how to take a screenshot.

Well, the Google directions worked perfectly, thank you!!

I have attached the Bing screenshot as a jpg file.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Jean,
Option 1 won't work and I'm not sure about option 2. Since you do have your own custom domain, I'd suggest that you go with option 3. That's something you would add at your domain host. Bing may even have detailed instructions on how you can do that at your domain host - check out the "your dns provider" drop down menu to see if your domain host is listed.
If your host isn't listed, you could check the help / support section for your domain host on how a CNAME record may be added. Then just add the CNAME alias per bing's instructions.
