I'm missing the "Like" button!

The "Like" button was one of very few ways I received feedback on my photos. I use the "popular" option in the smart albums to select photos that appear on my homepage, the popular album has, in the past, been significantly determined by the "Like" button.
In the past I was a daily visitor to the ".../popular/today" pages to view the days crop of great photos. I find that I no longer visit those pages because, as a whole, the photos are just not as interesting. I attribute this to the lack of convenient feedback option .. the "Like" button.
I am very disappointed in the loss of feedback mechanism on the SmugMug site.
I hope that the new & improved version of the "Like" button makes it's promised appearance sooner rather than later.
