How to get single photo content block into right hand side of page

I think I've used a sledge hammer to crack a nut.
On this page
http://www.acecootephotography.com/Photo-Products/Ordering-Photo-Files-and-Disks
I wanted a screen shot placed below a block of text.
The page has two blocks of text side-by-side and I wanted the screen shot to be below the right hand block ... and only take up 50% of the screen width

I couldn't get it to do that. Setting width to 50% always had it aligned to left-hand half of the screen.
I didn't want to set a big left hand margin to force it over as I suspect that won't play nice with different screen sizes.

What I have done, in the short term is added a second "single photo" content block and placed a transparent .png file in it. Then set both this and my screen shot content block to 50% width

It works, but I'm pretty sure it is a very clunky way of doing it.
Does anyone know of a more elegant way for my screen shot to appear in the right hand half of the screen.

The reason I have added the screen shot, is that people continually send me the "< Photo x of y >" number, instead of the filename ... even though the filename is now in orange (thanks Allen ... again!) and I tell them to send me the orange filename.
Sooooooooooooooo .... if anyone can tell me how to remove that < Photo x of y >, or at least shove it way to the right and make it small and instead put my BIG ORANGE filename just under the main photo ....... that would be AWESOME!!!!

Once again, many thanks for anyone who might spend some time on my problem :thumb
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

You might try adding this in the Title above the caption. :D

I'm not following Allen's "fix", but, if you haven't got it fixed, how about a spacer block instead of a transparent png?

OK ... thanks to you both for your suggestions

Allen: I tried the code - it didn't seem to do anything (I was wondering why I would apply this to All Galleries when I just wanted to affect this one page ... but that could well be my total ignorance about code)

ChancyRat: you have opened up a new element I didn't know about. The spacer has done what I wanted and is better than my transparent image. So thank you for that.

Allen: I then tried your suggestion about the title - took a little bit of research as I haven't done anything with titles. Aaaaaaand I had to remember to delete some code I had that hide the titles!
In the end I didn't go with that - the title takes the position of the filename and pushes the filename down one row.
That is OK because the title says to look below but generally the title/filename is so far below the main photo, that it is often not even seen by visitors.
Grrrrrr! That's why I would much rather prefer to have the filename on at least the same line as "< Photo x of y >"

I'm going to have to think through this a bit more to see if I can find a better way to get the desired filename from visitors. My screen shot suffers the same problem - people just don't see it, perhaps because it is too far to scroll.
If I do go back to including your title suggestion, I will need to test my workflow so that the title text can be added in bulk.
I don't use Lightroom, but I reckon Bridge will allow me to do that.

A bit of a long winded response, but I wanted to assure you both that I did take all of your ideas very seriously and that I really appreciate your time in helping me out.

Allen: you have helped me out so many times, either directly or indirectly by answering other people's questions, it is hard to put into words how much I value your generosity. So a big thankyou once again. <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/bowdown.gif" border="0" alt="" > <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/bowdown.gif" border="0" alt="" >
ChancyRat: I have followed your transition to NewSmug with great interest. You have an absolutely enormous website. To keep track of everything you have and get all the customisations to make it work as it does, is a clear testament to your tenacity (not to mention your passion for all ratty things - what a font of knowledge your website is!!!!!) :encore

^ aaah, that makes sense! (told you I was ignorant)
I have just spent the morning re-writing my four "products" pages in an effort to communicate with visitors where to find the actual filename.
I will monitor it over the next week or so to see if I get an improvement!

From the emails I get inquiring about buying photos, I suspect people have not even seen the information - they see a photo and shoot off an email asking "how do I go about buying a print?"

I'm just wondering if anyone can think of a better name than "Photo Products" for my menu?
    I only do self fulfillment
Using the Smugmug shopping cart is pretty useless to me in Australia - the shipping costs and the time to get prints here just kills any interest from visitors.

Again, thankyou Allen for sharing your time and expertise. Much appreciated thumb.gif
