Manually sorting a gallery in the organizer doesn't work as expected

I did report this to the Heroes, but wondered if it's a personal problem, or if others are seeing this. I have a couple of galleries that are sorted by Position (manual sort). When I go into the organizer to rearrange the photos, it doesn't work as expected. It took me awhile to figure out the pattern, and now that I know the pattern, I can work around the bug. It looks like an index-off-by-1 problem.

For example, if I have four photos, and I move the last photo to position 2 and click DONE, the photo I moved actually ends up in position 1. If I move a photo to position 4, it actually ends up in position 3. It takes some playing around to get things to go where I want them.

Hmm.... that sounds strange. I just tested it out on my own account, and if I move the last photo to position 1, it ends up in position 1. If I move it to position 2, it stays in position 2. The green box indicates where it's going to be moved to and it is showing up that way. Could you link me to a gallery in which this behavior has been exhibited? Are you seeing the green box indicate where it should go, and then it doesn't go there?

The organizer UI behaves as expected...the green box correctly indicates where it should go, and the photo drops into the place I'm trying to drop it. The problem is after I click DONE. The photo isn't saved where I dropped it. It's saved one position in front of that. Here's a step-by-step illustration:

1) I open the gallery in the organizer. It looks like this (note the last two photos):



2) I want to swap the order of the last two photos, so I drag the last photo to the second-to-last position. It works as expected, and the organizer now looks like this:



3) I click DONE. When I navigate to my last page of thumbnails, the last two photos are not in the right location:


4) If I go back into the organizer, it's also wrong (at least the organizer matches the gallery). This seems to be a consistent behavior for me that it always saves the photo one position ahead of where I dropped it. If I move a photo to position 12, and click done, it'll save in position 11. Let me get back to you on that. It shouldn't be doing that.
