How do I hide;/change the site title on just one single page?

I'm trying to create a side page for a photography gallery and have customized everything but can't seem to figure out how to remove my overall site title from JUST this page. I have a Power subscription. Generally I use my account for our family's personal photos so I don't want to change the site header for every page, just this one page.
When I hover over it, it says Entire Site even thought I've made this page Custom. Thank you very much for any help!
