How do I remove the smugmug from the upper left corner?

How do I remove the very top bar that says Smugmug and search bar. This didn't show up when customizing it, and now it is published. I am a little pissed, I need to remove it quick! I didn't see any option to remove the top bar in the options.

Customize... Content and Design.
Then click the settings button and set the smugmug header to OFF.

Go to 'Customize > Content and Design > Settings'. You can turn off the header, footer etc..
