    Harold, the last shot emphasizes just how detailed the preceding shots really are. Excellent work here and the focus on these shots is just outstanding.

    The nymphs in the last shot are about a quarter of the size of the adults in the other images.

    If you had gotten "as intended" you would have killed it. I find diffusion and light control just as hard, but you are getting closer and closer.

    Thanks, The question of diffusion of lighting is very much a personal taste. It is possible to give fairly shiny insects a more or less matt appearance but that is getting into studio territory. So long as highlights don't hide the details, I am content.
