Hi -
Before my video is run the first time it displays the "preview photo" that I uploaded.
After the video has been run it shows a "black screen" with an arrow to play it again.
Question:
=====
Does anyone know how to either:
.
1. Display the preview photo after the video has been run?
.
or 2. Refresh the page after the video has been run?

Could you please send us a link to your video?
Hi, Tom.
The link to the video is:

The page where I added the video is:

Thanks for this. Your video does show the main image preview image that you have assigned to your video - see my screenshot:

There is an overlay on top of that image to make the icon stand out and obvious to your visitors.
the class name of the overlay.

Not at the moment. But this may change in the near future - when we release the new version of our Video Player.

Hi, Tom. Thank you for your reply, but I don't see why an overlay is needed because before the video is run the first time it starts out with a very obvious "arrow" on the nice color opening shot. This was true even before I added the preview image, but I added that because I was trying to solve the problem of the final "black screen".
Do you see what I mean by looking at the attached screen shot of the video before it is played the first time?
If it's not possible to just end with the same screen you start out with (no black overlay) - then do you know of a way to "refresh" the browser after the video runs so it goes back to the way it initially looked?
Unfortunately there is no possibility to remove the faded colour that appears over the video at the end of the clip:
