Cannot copy Titles or Captions in New Smug lightbox; field overlays RCP photos

Just as the title says: Titles & Captions in New SmugMug can't be copied if you're in lightbox & the photos are protected, because fields overlay the photo a bit, & the boxes seem to think you're trying to copy the photos themselves (and yes, this is while logged in, of course...) I do a LOT of copying & pasting of captions, so this is quite a hindrance. I haven't checked whether this is a problem in galleries where photos are not protected, but I doubt it is, given the message that pops up.

Once you highlight the Title or Caption, you can use Command + C (Mac) or Cntrl + C (Windows) to copy the text. Alternatively, you can go to Edit -> Copy from the top of the window.

Is there some way this can be improved / changed so that a person doesn't need to know keyboard commands? I almost never use keyboard commands; I just don't know them. From what I understand, a bug can be defined as unexpected behavior, and this is certainly unexpected behavior. As far as "Edit > Copy from the top of the window", I haven't yet figured out what that means. I'm not seeing anything like that at the top of any windows in lightbox.

Yea, this is probably a "bug" ... or at least really odd behavior; the RCP really should not be showing up on titles and captions. C for Copy, V for Paste (yea... that doesn't really rhyme, but P was for Print. I guess they wanted the "Copy" and "Paste" keys next to each other).

The "Edit" menu is at the verrrrrry top of your screen, up where "File", "Edit", "View", ... "Help" are. It's usually where you can File -> Save, or File -> Quit. Next to it you'll see "Edit" and once in there, you should see "Copy" and "Paste".

Hmm, Idk... must have totally different screens. Yeah I remember back in the day when File, Edit, View, Help were up there, but no such thing now--- I use FF, & have gazillions of bookmarks, tabs for each site that's open, URL, back refresh, & that's it. Anyway, OK, guess if I can't remember C & V I'd better get some memory vitamins. Idk why I hate keyboard commands so much; I'm a violinist for crying out loud. Maybe 1st step is to stop hating them. C, V... C,V... my new friends!

In Firefox, right click in the header area and click on Menu Bar to turn the menu on.
