Thanks Taz. I'm still undecided on which one I like better. I've been going back and forth.

    It's a lovely image.

The two images look identical to me headscratch.gif. Am I going blind? Maybe some caching problem in the cloud? ne_nau.gif

Nice! Either one works for me because I can't tell the difference between the two.

OK, so there's definitely some problem here. I put each image as a layer in PS and set the blending mode to difference. The result was a black frame, meaning no difference. I noticed you edited the posts--maybe you got the wrong link in one of them. ne_nau.gif

You are not going blind. What happened is that I updated the pic on my site to the second crop and after some time the original posting gets updated. I will try to repost, including a flip.

I favor the abstract nature of the appearance and crop of the very first one. The tree patterns somehow seem a little incongruent in the last one.

Beautiful capture. I'm leaning towards the "original" also, I miss the finger like structure of the tree branch in the cropped version. thumb.gifthumb
