Lightbox Info Colaspe

Currently it's taking about 5.5+ seconds after movement for overlay info to disappear. It seems like an eternity. This needs to be changed to something like 1 second. Other sites like Flicker use this short
timing.

    I remember seeing some code to make that disappear in a second or so. Was about a year back?

    EDIT: I searched and found that thread. It was for mobile, but it did deal with the Lightbox Title Collapse Timeout. If it is possible for mobile, then some code should work with larger screens.

    I'll discuss the timing with the Design team but 1 second is a bit short. We want the visitor to be able to comprehend what items are available before it disappears. If anything it'd be something like 3 seconds.

    Looks like it might be 3 sec now. Much better but 2 would be even better.

    Actually when 1st going into LB it's still 5+ sec? But once in changes to 3 sec.
