Starting to play with stacking some more for the butterfly shots (and forgetting how wide open I've left the lens when it comes time to shoot other stuff, sigh :D). All E-P5 / Tokina 90mm AT-X / Raynox DCR150 or 250.

Didn't even see the little bug underneath until I tried getting rid of this weird set of legs that kept popping up in the stack :D

No idea what this particular horror fly is - ran into it walking around very early in the morning, kept groping with the front legs and retracting them at the sight of the TTL preflash. It's creepier in person.

Also of course me complaining about there being no rain for ages would result in an incredibly violent rainstorm happening this afternoon -

Some nice insects, plus a gruesome one. :D

Unwanted wide-open settings are a hazard with my Kiron 105. It is a Canon FD breechlock version, That is fine, until I accidentally open up the stop-down ring (on the adapter, right next to the camera) when detaching the lens to use another (different mount) temporarily.

Piggsy, nice work here. I like this set.

Thanks! I'm pretty much just throwing the shots through photoshop's stacker at the moment - when you give it something it will cooperate with it doesn't do too bad :D I always only seem to notice the spots it misses that I should have healed after I've pushed it all the way through and posted it somewhere, this is getting really annoying.

Wonderful series - The stacking looks good. Guessing the fly is a stilt fly.
