Uploading Error

Hi there -

I am currently having an issue where I am unable to upload photos to Smugmug due to a "server error" (screenshot). This issue started yesterday morning after I upgraded my trial account to a paid account. I also redirected a custom domain name for my page.

That said, the challenge I am facing is that this problem only seems to be happening on my personal computer (Macbook Pro). My work computer (Dell), my roommate's computer (Macbook), and Smugmug help desk are not having any problems uploading to my account.

Here's what I've tried so far:
  • Restart
  • Clear Cache & Cookies
  • Remove redirected custom domain
  • Remove and recreate network connection
  • Reinstall OS
Nothing has worked yet. Any help/ideas will be much appreciated - thanks!

PS - I do have a ticket in with the help team, but this is driving me too nuts not to look for more solutions elsewhere.
