Watermark on Prints - Error

I just received prints I ordered for a client. A number of them had the SmugMug-generated watermark printed on the front, when it should only be on the screen version. Some of those that had the watermark only showed part of it, so even if it was intended to be there it would still be incorrect.

There is no pattern to it--some images from the same gallery have the watermark and some don't.

What do I need to do to get reprints?
