Removing wufoo form

Greetings,
I have managed to place a large wufoo contact form right onto my home homepage menu but am unsure of how to remove it. Any ideas?

Go to 'customize > home page'. Find your nav bar and you should see a trash can icon when you hover the nav links. Click on it.

Thank you for the hint! Unfortunately I am not seeing a trash can. I only have the wrench option.
