Most of the bright white inkjet paper will use optical brightening agents (OBAs) to give them more of a cool white look. Optical brighteners use UV-radiation to get the effect so using glass or acrylic with a UV-filter to frame it can ruin the effect. Epson’s Exhibition Fiber paper is one such paper with very high level of OBAs so I did an experiment where I placed 8 different types of glass and acrylic over the paper in direct sunlight and photographed the result.
